A1: Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and Membership Requirements

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
• Initial registration begins at the Bronze level. Progression to higher tiers is based on performance, training, and assessments.
• Affiliates may include local and international individuals or teams, provided they adhere to KnW's SFP Affiliates guidelines.

Commission Structure

• Free Bronze Membership: 5% Commission
  (For beginners or newcomers, split equally between marketing and sales roles in a team of two.)
  Enjoy a 3-month Free Trial, with the opportunity to re-register for renewal every 3 months. Commision remains at 5%

Upon completing the self-paced training and passing the assessment, you’ll have two upgrade options:

1. Upgrade to Paid Bronze Member
2. Upgrade directly to Paid Silver Member

• If you’re able to manage both tasks independently and have successfully completed the training and assessment, you’ll be eligible for a 10% commission all to yourself as paid Bronze Member.
• To upgrade to a Paid Bronze Member, the annual fee is RM365.
• Silver: 12.5% (Combines marketing and sales. upgrade Paid Members).
• Paid Gold: 15%, Paid Members
• Platinum 17.5% Paid Members
• VVIP 1: 18.5% - 20% Paid Members
• VVIP 2: 21% -33% (Qualified to represent as an agency). Paid Members
• Payment is disbursed monthly, subject to minimum payout thresholds.

Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must use approved marketing materials.
• Misrepresentation of services or false claims is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates should maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Prohibited Practices

• Affiliates may not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempts to manipulate or game the commission system will result in immediate disqualification.

Dispute Resolution and Termination

• Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
• Affiliates may be terminated for violating terms or failing to meet performance expectations.
