KNW Technology Consulting – Ebook Sales

By purchasing or downloading any digital product (ebook, guide, template, etc.) from https://knw-technology-consulting.b12sites.com/menu-ebook (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or download any products.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold on this Website are digital downloadable files (PDF, EPUB, MOBI, or similar formats). No physical items will be shipped.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in USD (or the currency shown at checkout) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is processed securely via the payment provider displayed at checkout (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

• All sales are final. Due to the digital and instantly deliverable nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except where required by law.

3. Delivery

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing download link(s) to your purchased ebook(s).

• Links typically remain active for 30 days and allow a limited number of downloads (usually 3–5 attempts).

• It is your responsibility to download and backup your files immediately. We are not responsible for expired links or lost files after delivery.

4. License and Usage Rights

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased ebook for your personal or internal business use.

• You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload to file-sharing sites, or otherwise distribute the ebook in whole or in part without prior written permission from KNW Technology Consulting.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Because ebooks are digital products that are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital content when the consumer has not expressly waived this right). You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
