- External Reporting: If internal reporting is not feasible or appropriate, whistle-blowers may report to external regulatory authorities, provided they comply with applicable laws.

- Dates, times, and locations of the incident(s).
- Any supporting evidence, such as documents or communications.
Investigation Process
- Receipt of Report: The Whistle-Blowing Officer will acknowledge receipt of the report within 5 business days.
- Initial Assessment: The officer will assess whether the report warrants further investigation. If the concern falls outside the scope of this policy, the whistle-blower will be informed.
- Investigation: If warranted, an impartial investigation will be conducted, which may involve internal or external resources. The process will be confidential, and updates will be provided to the whistle-blower as appropriate.
- Resolution: Upon completion, findings will be documented, and appropriate corrective actions will be taken. The whistle-blower will be informed of the outcome, subject to confidentiality and legal constraints.
Protection for Whistle-Blowers
- Non-Retaliation: KnW Technology Consulting strictly prohibits retaliation against whistle-blowers who report in good faith. Retaliation includes, but is not limited to, termination, demotion, harassment, or exclusion.
- Confidentiality: The identity of the whistle-blower will be protected to the fullest extent possible, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the investigation.

False or Malicious Reports
Reports made in bad faith or with malicious intent may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
